The Photographs from the Zito Photography Collection

The scanning of 900 negatives from this collection was made possible in part through grant funds administered by the Bergen County Department of Parks, Division of Cultural and Historic Affairs through a General Operating Support grant from the New Jersey Historical Commission, a Division of Cultural Affairs in the Department of State.

This Website was Designed and Developed by Nicole Pachner for her Girl Scout Gold Award

The website to display the Full collection of the Zito Photography was built by Nicole Pachner as her Gold Award Project for Girl Scouts. This site took many hours to develop and Nicole is to be congratulated for her contribution to the community.

Please use the links below to access the full collection of photographs. We had to divide the collection into multiple pages due to the size. Some pages contain several photos and other contain only one or two. Please use the back buttton on your browser to return to this page to review the other pages.

A future version of this site will contain an email link so that you may share your knowledge with us and help us properly identify the photos. We need assistance in identifying the people, places and buildings in these photos. Additionally if you have a story to share on a photo please include it with your email and if possible we will incorporate it in the pages we build to show the newly identified photos. At the very least your first hand knowledge of the events pictured in the photograph will be included in the formal history of the collection that will be stored at the borough museum.
